Davanagere: Union Minister Pralhad Joshi said that the voice of the Congress has disappeared in the country. The Congress is now looking for a voice through Prajadhvani, he added.

He was speaking at the launch of ‘Vijay Sankalp Abhiyan’, a door-to-door campaign to highlight the achievements of the BJP Government in the city on Saturday January 21. “In Uttar Pradesh, the voice of the Congress is gone. The Congress contested in 378 seats and lost deposits in 377 seats. It has also lost its Opposition seat in Gujarat. The Congress is also in fourth place in Maharashtra and Bihar, he stressed.

“The Congress Party is the ranked third or fourth in the entire country,” he said.

“Congress leaders have been saying that they will take Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s words from door to door. If that is the case, then why did you make Mallikarjun Kharge the President?” asked Joshi, adding that Kharge was made the Congress President to cheat the people.

“The Congress, which ruled for 60 years, was directly responsible for India’s backwardness. The Congress is now taking out Prajadhvani Yatra and Rahul’s padayatra for power,” he said.

He called upon the people to bring the BJP back to power and make this Prajadhvani Yatra of the Congress the last march of the Congress.
