Bengaluru: Global technology services company DXC Technology has inaugurated a new Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, marking a significant expansion of its global delivery capabilities and commitment to AI-driven innovation.
The 200,000-square-foot facility is one of DXC’s largest global delivery hubs and has been designed to foster closer collaboration with customers and partners while accelerating the development and adoption of artificial intelligence solutions.
Centre designed to drive AI innovation
The new centre features immersive Customer Experience Zones, Fluid Collaboration Hubs, Ideation Studios, Co-Creation Labs and Partner Experience Zones. These spaces are intended to enable DXC teams, customers and technology partners to jointly develop innovative solutions, test AI applications and accelerate digital transformation.
The facility also houses a dedicated AI Hub, Cyber Range, Forensics Labs, Security Operations Center and Network Operations Center, offering end-to-end capabilities from concept development to deployment and operational optimisation.
Leadership highlights customer collaboration
Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting & Engineering Services at DXC Technology, said the new facility reflects the company’s focus on engineering talent and collaborative innovation.
“Our new Customer Experience Center brings together our exceptional engineering talent in a space designed for deeper collaboration with customers and partners. Together, we can co-create and scale AI-powered solutions that solve complex business challenges and help customers achieve measurable business outcomes,” he said.
Rob Le Busque, President of Asia Pacific & Japan at DXC Technology, described the centre as a hub for AI innovation and engineering excellence.
He said the integrated environment would help organisations accelerate AI adoption while enabling people and AI agents to work together in managing and modernising enterprise systems.

With increasing investments in AI infrastructure and digital engineering, the city continues to attract global technology firms looking to expand their research, development and customer engagement capabilities.
