Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister N Dharam Singh has been hospitalised here in the city at a private hospital after he complained of fever and difficulty in breathing.
It has been reported that Singh was rushed to the emergency unit at 8.30 am. on Wednesday.
Dr Nayak told sources that Singh’s condition was stable. “We have been continuously observing him. We are hopeful that he should be discharged in a day. However, he will be kept under observation for around 24 hours”, he said.
A panel of doctors headed by Dr P Ranganath Nayak, medical director, Vikram Hospital, comprising diabetologists, pulmonologists and physicians, have been attending to him.
