Govt keen to develop Hosakote as a Satellite Town: CM Bommai

Bengaluru: The State Government is keen on developing Hosakote as a Satellite Town, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai.

He was speaking after launching development projects in Hosakote Assembly Constituency on Tuesday June 7 said, “Hosakote has great potential for economic activities. Infrastructure such as industrialisation, drinking water, electricity and such other facilities would be developed in Hosakote, he said.

CM also said, “Hoskote is being developed as a prominent town with Rs. 3800 Crore being provided for development works in Municipalities and Town Panchayats in the budget.

Chief Minister also said that the Ettinahoole Project would be completed as it was started with an objective to address the drinking water needs of Kolara, Chikkaballapura and Bengaluru Rural Districts.
