Home Min Araga Jnanendra assures State support to Coonoor chopper survivor

Bengaluru: Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on Sunday December 12 assured support from the State Government to Group Captain Varun Singh injured in the chopper crash that killed Chief of Defence Staff of Indian Armed Forces Bipin Rawat and 12 others in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.

Minister prayed for the speedy recovery of Varun Singh as he visited him at Command Hospital on Sunday. Further, he promised all help from the State Government, said a statement from the Minister’s office.

Varun Singh is the only survivor of the ill-fated helicopter crash that happened on Wednesday December 8.
