Bengaluru: The Minister for Large and Medium Industries Murugesh Nirani said on Monday May 9 that recent communally sensitive issues will not affect the State’s ability to attract investments.
The Minister termed these developments as a “flicker” that will fade out soon. He also said that Karnataka remains a favourite investment destination.
Nirani was in Delhi to meet with envoys from various countries and extend invites to the upcoming Global Investors’ Meet in Bengaluru.
Over 50,000 acres of land are being acquired for industries across the State. He also promised to help investors in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities including Mysuru, Mangaluru, Belagavi, Hubballi, Kalaburagi, Bagalakote, Bidar, and Shivamogga.
