Bengaluru: JDS state general secretary Manju has been arrested by Hulimavu Police after he was allegedly caught on camera assaulting a traffic police personnel on duty in Gottigere, Bengaluru.
The incident reportedly occurred when Manju confronted the traffic police officer. CCTV footage of the incident shows the JDS leader allegedly grabbing the officer by the collar and attempting to kick him.
