Bengaluru: The price of curds, buttermilk, and sweet lassi has been reduced by the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF).
KMF released a circular informing customers of the price reduction on Monday July 18.
The price of a 200 gm, 500 gm, and one-litre packet of curds was raised to Rs. 12, Rs. 24, and Rs. 46 in a circular released on Sunday. On Monday, it was decreased to Rs. 10.50, Rs. 23, and Rs. 45 in its new release.
Similarly, the price of a 200 ml packet of buttermilk has dropped from Rs. 8 to Rs. 7.50. For a 200 ml tetra pack it is reduced to Rs. 10.50 from Rs. 11. Buttermilk pet bottles now cost Rs. 12.50 instead of Rs. 13.
The price of a 200 ml lassi sachet has been reduced from Rs. 11 to Rs. 10.50. On Sunday, the Mango Lassi Tetra Pack cost Rs. 27, but it was reduced to Rs 26.50 on Monday. A pet bottle of 200 ml of normal and mango lassi will be sold for Rs. 16 and Rs. 21, respectively.
