Kolar: Kolar Cyber Crime Police Station Inspector Anjinappa, who has been arrested by Jaipur Police following a raid on a gambling den, has been suspended from the Police Force.
Kolar Superintendent of Police D. Devaraj said that he was suspended soon after they received information that the inspector that was arrested by Jaipur Police.
Anjinappa, who is attached with Karnataka State police, had taken three days of leave and gone to Jaipur. The Police who had conducted the raid said they recovered a huge sum of cash. According to a source in the State Police, the entry fee for the gambling place was Rs. 2 lakh.
