Kolar: ‘Nothing will change even if R Gandhi visits’

Kolar: BJP’s probable candidate and Former Minister Varthur Prakash said, “Rahul Gandhi does not have an image, nothing will change if he comes to Kolar, the BJP will only become stronger.” He said the path to victory will be easier for him.

Addressing a press conference in the City ahead of the announcement of Assembly elections, he said in response to a media query on Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Kolar, saying, “Rahul Gandhi has nothing to do with Kolar. Even if Congress brings people not only from three Districts but from the entire State, 50,000 people cannot be included.”

Let Rahul Gandhi come and go. We will call Narendra Modi. Modi is a world-admired leader and a favourite politician of the youth and if he comes, the BJP will be victory in Kolar,” he said.

“If Rahul Gandhi comes and goes, it will send a message that Siddaramaiah is incapable to make Congress win in the State. Rahul Gandhi’s visit will greatly benefit the BJP,” he added.
