Bengaluru: In a major shocker to cricket lovers of the state, the CCB, which is investigating the Karnataka Premier League (KPL) betting scam, searched the house of Santosh Menon, secretary of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) early on Thursday, December 19 morning.
Joint Commissioner of Police Sandeep Patil informed that this search was carried out after obtaining a search order from the court. He refused to disclose more details about the matter.
This raid comes after the arrest of several KPL players and team owners.
