Bengaluru: State Legislative Council Chairman Basavaraj Horatti on Sunday April 3 said that he would join the BJP and all likely to contest as its candidate in ensuing MLC polls from West Teachers’ Constituency.
He said that it is time that he joined BJP. More so, the BJP has not made an announcement in the West Teachers’ Constituency yet for my sake. His joining BJP has been the request of majority of BJP leaders, he stressed.
A seven-time MLC Horatti has ended his association with the JD (S).
