How to Retrieve Lost Items on Namma Metro

Visit the Namma Metro Website: Start by going to the Namma Metro website. Look for the “Grievance” section on the homepage.
Log In: Use your credentials to log in. If you’re a new user, you may need to register first.
Report the Lost Item: Select the type of item you’ve lost, such as a bag or electronic device.
Choose the Station: Indicate the station where you believe you lost your item.
Provide Details: Fill out the form with comprehensive details about the lost item, including a description, your contact information, and your name.
Upload a Photo: If possible, upload a photo of the item to help officials identify it more easily.
Submit Your Report: Click “Submit” to send your report. BMRCL officials will contact you if they find your item, and you will need to confirm the details before retrieving it.

Items that are not claimed within a specified period are auctioned every six months. If your item is not retrieved within this time frame, it may be sold at auction.
