Bengaluru: Loudspeakers are put up in temples, mosques, churches, etc., and who could be disturbed by this? As this is the election year, these are attempts to disturb the peace and harmony in the society, and I condemn this, said Opposition Leader and Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
He was addressing the mediapersons on Tuesday April 5 outside his residence. Such incidents will only hamper the development in the State. No investors will show interest in our State, and no jobs will be created, which will in turn keep the unemployment persisting, thus affecting our GDP growth, he noted.
Stating that these disturbing developments are taking place at the instigation of the State Government, Siddaramaiah alleged that Chief Minister is not silent but instigating everything. Is it believable that the RSS and Bajrang Dal is doing all this without the knowledge of the Government? The Government should curb this and take action against those who disturb the peace in the society, he said
Urging the Chief Minister that disturbing the communal harmony of the society should be stopped, he warned that otherwise it will only come to haunt you.
