No fourth wave in State now, says Min Dr K Sudhakar

Bengaluru: Despite concerns over a possible fourth wave of Covid – 19, Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar said on Wednesday April 20 said that such a situation does not exist in the State now.

A progress review meeting was held here with senior officials on the implementation of various schemes under the Department of Health and Family Welfare. The treatment cost and its payment under Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust too were discussed.

“The government is taking all necessary precautions and monitoring the rise in cases in other states and countries,” he said.
