One held for flesh trade in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: The Women and Narcotics wing of Central Crime Branch (CCB) on Sunday raided Springs Hotel & Spa on H Siddaiah Road near Urvashi theatre and arrested one person on charges of flesh trade.

The police have identified the accused as Omaram Chaudhary (40) from Chamarajpet, Bengaluru and recovered Rs 78,100 cash, one mobile phone and nine packets of condoms from the accused. The police have rescued two Delhi-based girls from the accused.

According to the police, the accused used to bring girls from other states for the flesh trade. The police said the accused was earning money by booking rooms in hotels online for the girls and clients without the knowledge of the hotel management.

A case has been registered against the accused at Kalasipalya Police Station.
