Bengaluru: A litre of petrol finally crossed the Rs.100 mark in the Bengaluru on Friday morning at 6 a.m.
According to the drivers, while a litre of petrol cost Rs. 100.17, a litre of diesel cost Rs. 92.97.
On Monday June 14, the price of petrol in Ballari, Sirsir, and other towns in the state had surpassed the Rs.100 mark. However, because of low transportation costs, the prices in Bengaluru was ranging between Rs.98 and Rs.99.
