Bengaluru: Ram Katha singer Premalatha, who had filed a rape case against Raghaveshwara Bharathi Swami, the seer of Sir Ramachandrapura Math, filed a complaint with the Banashankari police on Saturday, alleging that the seer and his followers were putting up derogatory posts against her family.
She alleged that since she filed the plaint last year, he and his followers were intimidating her family. “The seer has been making derogatory statements against me and my family in his speeches without taking my name, while his followers are posting inappropriate comments on social networking sites”, she said.
The police did not register an FIR as she stated that her name was not mentioned. However, they have considered it as a petition.
