Tumakuru: A woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by a 63-year-old man while she was grazing her cattle in the Kunigal village of Doddakallahalli.
The accused has been identified as Ramakrishnaiah.
According to sources, the accused allegedly gagged the woman and sexually assaulted her when she had taken her cattle to graze in a field.
Following this, the woman then filed a police complaint and the accused was arrested.
A rape case was also reported against the accused Ramakrishnaiah in 2016 at the Huliyurudurga Police Station.
