Tumakuru: Former MLA K. N. Rajanna has said that Varuna Constituency in Mysuru District is safer than Opposition Leader Siddaramaiah contesting from Kolar.
Speaking to the mediapersons he said that sitting MLA Yathindra may be given another chance. “I think Varuna is the safest place of all. I appeal to him to contest in a safe constituency,” he said.
“In Kolar, they are distributing pamphlets that Siddaramaiah had defeated Parameshwara. But Siddaramaiah is not opposing any Congress candidate,” he said.
“Let Siddaramaiah leave both Kolar and Varuna and come to Madhugiri. The people of Madhugiri will definitely make him win,” he said.
