Bengaluru: It is learnt that out of the eight arrested, the two accused in connection with the Bajrang Dal activist murder have criminal records.
Further, Shivamogga Superintendent of Police B. M. Laxmi Prasad said that investigations are on and the situation is in control with no fresh disturbances reported in the District.
Meanwhile Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on Thursday was firm on his stance that the eight people arrested for the murder of Bajrang Dal Activist Hindu Harsha have no religion. They are just disturbers of peace and murderers. And their religions is that of killers, he added.
It can be recalled here that the activist was murdered in Shivamogga on the night of Sunday February 20.
