Bengaluru: A woman was allegedly caught red-handed after attempting to steal a BMTC conductor’s bag on a Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) bus, in an incident that has drawn attention to the growing threat of theft on public transport.
According to preliminary reports, the woman allegedly took the conductor’s bag while on board the bus. However, before she could flee, she was noticed and intercepted, leading to her being caught on the spot.
