Sharing her experience on X, Bhaavna Arora said she panicked after realising that she had misplaced her phone at Bengaluru airport. However, she said CISF personnel on duty acted swiftly after she approached them for help.
CISF praised for quick response
In her viral post, Arora wrote that the officials efficiently traced and returned her phone within minutes.
“I lost my phone at the Bengaluru airport and panicked. All that I had to do was approach the CISF on duty. Within 15 minutes I had my phone back in my pocket,” she wrote.
Calling it a reassuring message for travellers, she advised passengers not to panic if they lose belongings at airports and encouraged them to immediately approach CISF personnel for assistance.

The Airport Sector CISF account later responded to her post, thanking her for recognising the staff’s efforts and dedication.
The force stated that such appreciation motivates personnel to continue serving passengers with sincerity and efficiency.
