Bidar: In a major crackdown on crime, the Bidar police have recovered stolen goods worth lakhs of rupees. The police have busted 30 cases and arrested 36 accused in connection with various crimes, including dacoity and theft that happened in the last 30 days.

Superintendent of Police (SP) Channabasavanna Langoti informed that the operation was conducted across eight police station limits in the district. The recovered items include farmers’ pump sets, 495 grams of gold worth Rs 26 lakh, 330 grams of silver worth Rs 18,000, 10 two-wheelers, and two four-wheelers, all valued at Rs 24 lakh.
