Chamarajanagar: The community is mourning the sudden and tragic loss of L. Mahadev (47), the Nursing Superintendent at Chamarajanagar District Hospital, who passed away from a heart attack on Saturday.

L. Mahadev, a dedicated healthcare professional, was a native of Kabbahalli village in Gundlupet taluk. His commitment to his profession and his compassionate care for patients had earned him immense respect and admiration among his colleagues and the community. He played a crucial role in managing the nursing staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital’s healthcare services.

Mahadev leaves behind a grieving family: his wife, nurse Sowmya, and their two sons. The family is deeply touched by the outpouring of support and condolences from friends, relatives, and the local community. His loss is felt not only by his immediate family but also by the many lives he touched through his work.

The last rites for L. Mahadev were conducted in his native village, Kabbahalli, yesterday. The ceremony was attended by a large number of people, reflecting the high regard in which he was held. Family sources indicate that the community’s support has been a source of comfort during this difficult time.
