Kasaragod: A group of people attacked the staff of a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus at Arikkady near Kumbale on the morning of Monday September 26. The fight happened for not providing side to a pick-up vehicle.
The bus driver Abdul Khader (35) and conductor Dasappa (34), who have sustained injuries in the assault are admitted to a hospital in Kumbale.
The KSRTC bus coming from Mangaluru to Kasaragod was attacked by a group of people who intercepted it near Arikkady. The passengers were moved to another bus.
The staff has lodged a complaint at Kumbale Police Station.
