Kasaragod: The protest against re-appointment of Malayalam teachers to Government Kannada Medium School of Angadimogar has intensified. The protest is led by School students, and members of the Parent-Teacher Association.

Last year, a Malayali teacher was appointed as a Physical Science teacher and protests were done against his appointment as well. Due to this, the Education Department issued an order to temporarily stop further recruitments to the school.

Now again, a teacher from Thiruvananthapuram was re-appointed. Kannadigas are now against the order and are protesting against it. Parent-Teacher Association President Basheer Kottuthal inaugurated the protest. Sathish Rai, Chandrahasa B.M, Sheena M.R, Raghunath Rai, Mallika Baduru, Yashoda, Jaya B.M and others were present.
