Kasaragod: In a tragic incident, two students were killed in an accident between a school bus and bike at Miyapadu near Manjeshwara in the morning of Friday January 13.
The deceased have been identified as Pritesh Shetty (19), son of Harish of Miyapadavu Darbe and Abhishek M. (19), son of Suresh of Bejjangala. Pritesh is a graduate student of Devi College in Mangaluru and Abhishek, a graduate student of Prerana College.
The accident took place at Baliyoor near Miyapadavu. The accident took place between a private school bus and a bike. The accident took place when the students were on their way to college on a bike and when they were hit by a head-on collision. Two persons died on the spot and Manjeshwara Police reached the spot and are investigating.
