Mangaluru: Authorities from the revenue department have confirmed that Amarashree Theatre in Moodabidri is currently under the temporary custody of the Moodabidri police and revenue officials.
This decision comes in response to the theatre’s failure to renew necessary licenses in a timely manner. In accordance with the directive of the district magistrate, the necessary steps have been taken to ensure compliance. Officials have clarified that once all required documentation is rectified, ownership of the theater will be reinstated to its rightful owner. The operation, overseen by revenue official Manjunath Moodabidri, involved the active participation of the Moodabidri police.
