Mangaluru: In separate incidents, the Anti Rowdy Squad of Mangaluru City Police has arrested seven accused for consuming ganja in Kottara Chowki, Kuntikana and Kodikal under the Urwa Police Station limits here on October 30.
The accused are Ramlan, a resident of Valencia, Ankith Shetty of Marnemikatte, Shubham (23) of Kadri, Shaon Rodrigues (19) of Kadri, Ganesh Poojary (24) of Jeppu, Praveen (25) of Kodikal and Ranjith Devadiga (21) of Kodikal.
Police have registered a case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
