Kasaragod: An auto rickshaw driver died when his vehicle collided against a lorry on the National Highway at Kumble Arikady on November 10 evening.
Kiran, a resident of Kumble is the deceased auto driver.
The lorry heading towards Mangaluru collided against the auto heading towards Kumble.
Auto got totally crushed in the accident and the driver succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital.
Traffic was disrupted on the national highway for some time due to the accident.
The body is now lying at Kasaragod Government Hospital mortuary, where autopsy will be conducted.
Kumble Police have registered a case.
