Mangaluru: Keeping up with the year-end celebration spirit, Big Bazaar launched Mangalore city’s first Attawara Habba on December 21, at Bharath Mall, Mangaluru. Sprinkled with local celebs and marked with a large assortment of exciting activities and events, the fun-filled event will be held till Dec 30.
Local celebrities like Arjun Kapikad, Sonal Monteiro, Nagaraj Amber and Raksha Shenoy will be present. The ten daylong event will also see an exciting radio contest – “ Attavar Time Bomb “ – by Red FM where participants can win up to Rs 1 lakh participating in an On air game show on RED FM radio! The whole idea behind coming up with a festival like this is to engage as many people as possible in celebrating the warmth and spirit of Attavar and Mangalore, at large.
Cookery Competitions, Singing Contests and Rock Shows will also be held as part of the event. The festival also includes Christmas celebrations with Carol Singing and other activities that allow people to soak up the year-end festive spirit. The Big Bazaar Kiddie Club has fun list of kiddie activities that allow the little bundles of energy to showcase their talents too and be a part of the ‘Attavar Habba’ celebrations.
