Mangaluru: Chief Minster Siddaramaiah, on Sunday lashed out at BJP State President BS Yeddyurappa and questioned the latter as to what he had to say about series of corruption charges standing against him.
Answering to the queries of media persons, in the city, while on his way to to Belthangadi, Siddaramaiah said that Yeddyurappa had been to jail even when he was the CM due to corruption charges. “What will he say about this,” the CM questioned.
Taking a job at BSY for his statement that the ACB ia hushing up several corruption cases in the state, Siddaramaiah said that Yeddyurappa must speak with evidences in hand.
“The BJP has no issues to raise against the Congress government at the state and hence they are spreading lies. There are no corruptions charges against me. Our government is free from scandal”, he added.
On allegation that Siddaramaiah is supporting the PFI, Siddaramaiah said “I am not supporting any communal organizations. We are against all communal organizations irrespective of the community it is affiliated to,” he said.
