No water should be released to TN: Janardhan Poojary-1
It may be recalled that Nanjangudu is running into polls after the drift between Dalit strongman Srinivas Prasad and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah after the then Nanjangudu sitting MLA and Minister Srinivas Prasad was unceremoniously removed from the state cabinet.

Prasad did not just severe ties with the Congress but also resigned from Assembly Membership. Raged Prasad then decided to join the BJP and now he is the officials candidate of the BJP from Nanjangudu Assembly segment.

Talking on these lines, Poojary said that no matter what the stature of the Congress candidate from Nanjangudu constituency will be, it will be immaterial because the party is bound to lose.

“Congress rebel and former state revenue minister Srinivas Prasad sold party credentials in the streets and the confusion within the party will lead to its downfall,” Poojary predicted cautioning the chief minister to come out of slumber.

AICC notice will not reach me!

Ridiculing the rumours that notice will be served to him by the AICC, Poojary said that the notice has not yet reached him and it will never reach him. He further mocked the KPCC member stating that the ‘intelligent members’ of state Congress have prior information about the same.

People will not forgive you

On the Yettinahole  project, he opposed the stance of former chief minister Sadananda Gowda and Veerappa Moily and said the affected people will never forgive them for their deeds.

Poojary dared both to execute the project against the wishes of people. Both former state chief ministers support the Yettinahole project on different grounds. While Gowda is of the view that 2000 TMC  Nethravathi water gets wasted once it enters Arabian Sea where as Moily is keen on pleasing his electorate in water starved regions of Chikkaballapur district.
