Mangaluru: It is reported from Kulur in the City on Saturday October 23 that Nagakatte, a shrine wherein Serpent God is worshipped has been destroyed by some miscreants. It can be recalled here that such incidents have been on the rise in the region in the recent times.
The shrine is situated near VRL office in Kulur. Police have visited and inspected the spot.
Meanwhile, pro-Hindu organisations have urged the police to arrest the culprits behind the act. This incident comes two weeks after a similar incident that occurred at Nagakatte in Baikampady near here.
