Mangaluru: A children’s day-care centre was inaugurated at the Mangalore Electricity Supply Company (MESCOM) corporate office on Friday, November 22. Inaugurated by MESCOM Managing Director R Snehal, it was made for the benefit of working mothers in the company.
Addressing the gathering, Snehal said, “The centre will help working women, who may leave their children during their working hours.”
Blue Umbrella Day Care Centre head Asha Shetty informed the gathering about the importance of having such a day-care centre while also elaborating on the MESCOM centre.
Director-Technical (In-charge) Anand Naik, Chief Financial Officer D R Srinivas, Financial Advisor Vighneshwara Udupa, General Manager M T Sharanappa, officials Muralidhara Nayak, Srinivas, Baiju Nair, Vasantha Shetty and others were present.
