Installation ceremony of CREDAI Mangaluru new office bearers held

Mangaluru: The installation ceremony of the president and office-bearers of CREDAI Mangaluru was held at Ocean Pearl Hotel auditorium in Mangaluru. MLA Umanath Kotian and former minister Ramanath Rai lighted the lamp Later, Pushparaj Jain, the Ex-President, handed over the charge to the new president Vinod Pinto.

The office bearers of the CREDAI for the year 2023-2025 under its new president Vinod Pinto were introduced.
Speaking on the occasion, Pushparaj Jain, said that everyone has cooperated well to serve as CREDAI President during the last two years with the district administration having extended good cooperation to Manapa CREDAI, especially during covid time with a CSR granted amount of Rs 1 crore which was used for installing oxygen plant, providing ambulance, ration kits, and war room.

The CREDAI joined hands to lend a helping hand to resolve social problems. We received full-fledged support from the district administration and elected representatives. Post Covid, with the help of the MCC and MUDA, the process of providing construction and building licenses was made faster. I am happy that I worked sincerely during my tenure for the upliftment of the CREDAI.”He added that CREDAI will move forward on the path of further development in the coming days.

In his acceptance speech, the new president of the CREDAI, Vinod Pinto said, “There is a need for support from the entire team of the CREDAI as several programmes are lined up. I am open to your suggestions. I am ready to listen to the problems so that we can work together for the betterment of society.”

MLA Mangaluru South Vedavyas Kamath mentioned the contribution of CREDAI to the development of Mangaluru. He also mentioned CREDAI’s help during the pandemic by providing a much-needed oxygen plant.
MLA Umanath Kotian said, “The CREDAI has to be remembered during the time of pandemic for their contribution. The association was formed to work together and the problems pertaining to real estate can be resolved with this organization. It has a very important role to play.”

Meanwhile, Member of the Advisory Board, CREDAI National K Sriram and other dignitaries unveiled the CREDAI quarterly letter. Prashanth Sanil welcomed the gathering, treasurer Sudeesh Karunakaran proposed a vote of thanks and Hera Pinto compered the event. MLA Vedavyas Kamath, former MLC Captain Ganesh Karthik Secretary Guru M Rao and others were present.
