Kopparige, Tulu online dictionary released

Mangaluru: BJP Spokesperson Capt. Ganesh Karnik released, Kopparige, Tulu online dictionary at Yuvavahini Hall, Urvastore here on Friday July 2. The dictionary is an attempt to get people use Tulu words once again and thus save and protect Tulu language. 

Kopparige dictionary developer Sumanth Poojary Hebri was felicitated at the programme. 

Addressing the gathering, Dayanand G Kattalsar, President, Tulu Sahitya Academy said, “each Tuluva should be benefitted out of this dictionary”. He also called upon to work unitedly towards making Tulu an official language of the state.

Patla Satish Shetty from Yakshadhruva Patla Foundation’, Sagar of Sana Group, Sudarshan Surathkal, President, Jai Tulunad (R), and Arun Surathkal were present at the event.
