Mangaluru: On Wednesday November 10 MP and State BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel has said that the Congress party in the State will split into three before the next Assembly election.
Kateel was speaking at a party event held at Kambalapadavu in Pajeeru village, Bantwal Taluk. According to the sources, he said that parties loyal to D. K. Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah will fight one another. He also informed that the BJP would win over 150 seats and regain power. “As the State BJP President, I can assure you that as the Assembly election approaches, factions within the Congress will fight it out for power,” he added.
According to Kateel, corruption and terrorism has increased dramatically from the time of India’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru to the time of Manmohan Singh. “Corruption has been eradicated throughout the last seven years of BJP rule, and India has progressed in terms of administration, heritage, and vision. Modi has been recognised as a world leader by everyone,” he added.
Minister of State for Fisheries, Ports and Inland Transport Department S. Angara also addressed at the event. Among those present were MLC Prathapasimha Nayak, BJP District President Sudarshan Moodbidri, and former MLA K Jayaram Shetty.
