Mangaluru: 12 detained in City for violating prohibitory orders

Mangaluru: In all 12 were detained for violating prohibitory orders under Mangaluru City Police Commissionerate limits.

On the night of Thursday July 28, 12 people were detained for moving around unnecessarily. Section 144 of the CrPC in Mangaluru Police Commissionerate limits in the wake of the murder of Mohammed Fazil in Surathkal in the City outskirts on Wednesday July 28.

Unnecessary movement of people is prohibited at night. In all 12 people have been taken into custody in this connection, said Police Commissioner N. Shashi Kumar.
