Mangaluru: An Alcohol addict ended his life after hanging himself in Birmanottu of Mittabagilu village of Taluk on Wednesday November 2.
The deceased has been identified as Dinesh Gowda (28). He is the son of Vasantha Gowda, a resident of Birmanottu Mane.
According to sources, Dinesh’s family was assisting him in overcoming his alcohol addiction. Dejected by this, he hanged himself in the forest area near his house.
A case has been filed in this regard.
