Mangaluru: Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Kumar has instructed the officials concerned to include the eligible voters in the electoral rolls immediately.
He was speaking after presiding over a special revision of electoral rolls-2023 organised at Netravathi Auditorium of Zilla Panchayat here on Saturday December 3. Many other categories of eligible people, including transgenders, tribal citizens, young voters, have been left out of the voters’ list. It is the duty of the Voters’ Literacy Association to find such people, he said.
He added that once found, their names should be included as soon as possible.
