Mangaluru: In a bid to make people participate in party activities , the Hindu Mahasabha has decided to launch a campaign called “Ghar Ghar Bhagawa” to mark 75th Independence Day celebrations. It is a call to hoist the saffron flag in houses on August 14.
Speaking to mediapersons on Wednesday July 6, State General Secretary Dharmendra said, “The slogan of “Ghar Ghar Bhagwa” campaign will be announced on August 14 with the saffron flag flying across the State. Apart from this, several steps have been announced to prepare the Rashtriya Hindu Party for the upcoming Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), Zilla Panchayat ( ZP), Taluk Panchayat (TP), 2023 Assembly elections and 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he said.
“Hindu Mahasabha State President Rajesh Pavithran in the State Executive Meeting inaugurated the ‘Ghar Ghar Bhagwa’ programme. We have to reach out to all 224 Assembly constituencies in the State. Earlier, it was customary to hoist the Bhagwa Flag at the house of party leaders. This time too we will reach out to all the activists and all the common Hindus,” Dharmendra added.
Further he said, “Hindu Mahasabha condoles the killing of tailor Kanhaiyalal. If it is a crime to tell the truth to the nation, then in the days to come, the life of the Hindus will become difficult and they will have to live in fear. So, the solution is the establishment of a Hindu Rashtra and the Hinduism in politics, the beginning of which is Ghar Ghar Bhagwa, he emphasised.
