Mangaluru: “BJP Government will last only 35 days,” said Deputy Leader of Opposition in the Assembly U.T. Khader.
Addressing a press conference here, he said that the BJP Government is indifferent to the common man. “This Government cannot be called a capable Government. The Government has ignored the demands of the sanitation workers. The sanitation workers have been protesting for several days. But the Government is not responding to their problems,” he alleged.
He added that garbage was not being disposed off due to the protest by the pourakarmikas. This is causing problems to the common man. Earlier, the people of State were fed up with the smell of corruption. Right now the smell of garbage has also become a problem for people. Since this Government came to power, there have been protests by various Government employees, he said.
“It is through the protest that Government employees are getting their rights. He alleged that this Government is harassing them,” he added.
