Mangaluru: Several people were injured in an accident between a car and a jeep near Bilinele on the Subrahmanya-Mardala-Dharmasthala State Highway on morning of Sunday October 30.
A Hyundai car and jeep collided with each other. The jeep was on its way from Subrahmanya to Kadaba and the car was on its way to Subrahmanya when the accident took place near CPCRI in Bilinele and both the vehicles were damaged.
Several people, including the drivers of both the vehicles, were injured in the accident. Six injured persons include Joseph Kurien (59), Sanal (39) and Lini Joseph (54), residents of Kutrapadi in Kadaba Taluk. They ahve been admitted to the a hospital for treatment.
A case has been registered at Kadaba Police Station.
