Mangaluru: Former Minister Ramanath Rai said that the clean chit to Eshwarappa was not a victory of truth but victory of lies.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday July 23, Hegde said that death of Santhosh, who committed suicide by accusing Eshwarappa of harassment for commission has not got justice. Eshwarappa was kept out of the probe and he got a clean chit due to political influence, he stressed.
Stating that the CBI had given a clean chit to K. J. George by the Narendra Modi Government, he said that Gerge’s case is different, while Eshwarappa’s case should be probed by a sitting judge. BJP is a party of murderers, and Congress never incites violence. no FIR has been lodged against Congressmen so far, he claimed.
