Mangaluru: It rained heavily in Moodabidri of the District on night of Saturday December 3.
On the occasion of Akhanda Bhajana Saptaha, organised as part of the diamond jubilee celebrations of Sri Venkataramana Bhajana Mandali, it started raining on Saturday as the procession of Sri Venkataramana Deva Utsava was going on.
Cold weather prevailed at some places along the coast during the morning. Then it was sunny and cloudy. According to the weather department, it was 33.1 degrees Celsius maximum on Saturday and the minimum temperature, 24 degree celcius was recorded.
