Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, the driver of the lorry, who developed Epilepsy while he was driving, rammed into a vehicle parked on the roadside and then rammed into a petrol pump at B. C. Road in the District.
There was no loss of life due to the incident. The incident took place near a petrol pump in B. C. Road when the empty vehicle was on its way to Hassan from Mangaluru end.
The incident reportedly occurred after the driver developed Epilepsy. The driver has been identified as Lakshman, who has been admitted to a hospital and is undergoing treatment.
The truck collided with a car that was pumping petrol at the petrol pump and then hit the vehicles parked on the side of the road and then collided with a Nano Car parked at the petrol pump.
