Mangaluru: Pranavananda Swamiji, the Seer of Brahmasree Narayana Guru Shakti Peetham, has challenged Power Minister Sunil Kumar to resign as Minister and join his padayatra if he has any concern for the Billava Community.

Speaking to mediapersons in the City, Sunil Kumar said that the Chief Minister will announce the Narayana Guru Corporation in the budget. However, those who have been Chief Ministers in the past have made such assurances many times and the padayatra is not only related to the establishment of the Corporation, but also to fulfil 10 other demands, he said.

“The entire Government including Minister Sunil Kumar, is trying to mislead the Community. Please don’t do anything to mislead our community. As mentioned earlier, he said that he is ready to take out a padayatra to Freedom Park in Bengaluru with 10 demands. No one can stop this,” he asserted.
