Mangaluru: Social worker Sunil Bajilakeri has been arrested by Bajpe Police for insulting pregnant women using the face of leopard along with derogatory comments.
Sunil has written “When is the baby shower for cheetah from Namibia?” and posting the demeaning picture of a pregnant woman with the face of leopard. A woman from Yedapadavu had filed complaint with the police saying that it is insult to pregnant women and Indian culture.
The post was intended to taunt the cheetahs that were brought from Namibia by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It can be recalled here that last year Sunil was held for twisting audio clip of interview of BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel. Sunil expressed rage over neglecting locals in employment at MRPL and wrote that ‘No more fighting for Hindutva, it will be only Bandhutva’. Sunil was taken to task by a woman activist of a Hindu organisation, who is active on Facebook. The same girl had called Nalin Kumar Kateel in an interview conducted by a private TV channel of the City and appreciated the working style of Nalin. Later, the audio of the girl activist of Hindu organisation in which she takes to task Sunil, was edited along with the interview of Nalin and was posted on social media. It was made to look as if the girl is taking Nalin to task in the live programme held by the private TV channel.
